Right from the start, the management here at BCS Creative recognised the importance of having a sound methodology behind our creative output. It's not that we're obsessed by processes or that we want to put everything we do in boxes, it's just more efficient.
We start by immersing ourselves in your organisation: understanding its culture, its products or services; what makes the people who run it tick? Then and only then do we proceed with the formal briefing process.
Written briefs for everything. Nothing else is good enough. Estimates, critical paths and KPIs all produced up front prior to the creative ideas. Strict internal procedures ensure all work is produced on time, on budget and on brief.
Don't get us wrong, if the situation demands it, we'll rough ideas out on the back of an envelope over a glass of wine and catch up with the paperwork later. Rules are there to be broken.
